Started coaching at Runnels HS as the pitching coach for 2 seasons under Tookie Johnson before transitioning into youth baseball. Spent the last 21 years coaching and directing tournaments. In that time, the teams coached have achieved great success with a total winning percentage of .647, 37 tournament wins, and 3 World Series titles. Also serves as the Lugnuts Organization roving pitching instructor working with all teams in the organization.
